One of the chefs featured in our book, Andrea Ilott from The Larder "is cooking for Slater and his entourage" reports The West Australia (March 31st).  Slater also enjoyed Andrea's cooking last year and "he offered her a job to tour with him.  She declined" reports The West. And we in Margaret River are pleased she stayed and delighted she features in our book.  Slater is here in Margaret River to participate in the Telstra Drug Aware Pro 2012.
